=========================================== R.P. No. 414 of 2015 in W.P.(C). No. 11297 of 2015 ===================================================== Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2015
ORDER
The review petition is filed seeking a review of the judgment dated 07.4.2015 in W.P.(C) No.11297 of 2015 on the ground that while disposing the writ petition, this Court did not consider the additional prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition, for a direction to the appellate authority to consider and pass orders in the stay petition and to keep the coercive steps initiated against the petitioner, till such time as orders are passed in the stay petition. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I note that in the judgment dated 07.04.2015, the further prayer of the petitioner for a direction to dispose the stay petition was not considered by this Court. Under the circumstances, I recall the judgment dated 07.04.2015 and take up the writ petition for disposal by allowing the review petition.
