The petitioners in this review petition are the writ petitioners themselves.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The prayer is to grant the benefit of one time settlement scheme. Learned counsel for the Bank opposes the same. As far as the direction issued already by this Court is concerned, this Court had permitted the review petitioners to pay the amount in ten equal monthly instalments along with the regular monthly instalments. If there is any competent one time settlement scheme in force now, the judgment rendered by this Court will not stand in the way of approaching the Bank for getting the benefit. If the petitioners pay an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs within three weeks and file a proper application seeking the benefit of one time settlement scheme, the Bank will consider the same and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of three months. If they are eligible for
RP 437/2015 the benefit of the said scheme, the amount payable by them will be indicated in the reply to be given by the Bank. The review petition is disposed of with the above direction. (T.R. RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JUDGE.) kav/
