JUDGMENT

In the light of the subsequent developments as have been reported by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, it appears that the Review Petition as well as the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

As a result, without adverting to the merits of the matter and without prejudice to either of the parties, this Court closes both the Review Petition and the Writ Petition as having not survived for further consideration.
