O R D E R

This review petition filed by the petitioners in W.P.(C). No.27946/2014. While disposing of the writ petition, it was noted by this Court as follows :

"In this matter there was already a direction to pay the salary from the month of March 2015 onwards."

2. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that, there was no direction to pay salary in respect of the 1st petitioner. It is also submitted that, the appointment of the 1st petitioner has already been approved by the University. In that view of the matter, in respect of the 1st petitioner, salary shall be paid from March 2008 onwards and arrears shall be paid in accordance with the other directions in the judgment. This review petition is disposed of as above. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.

AV The month and year occurring in line 11 of the final order dated 10/06/2015 in R.P 457/2015 in W.P(C) No.27946/2014 is corrected as "March 2015" instead of "March 2008". The correction is made Suo motu as per order dated 30/06/2015 in R.P 457/2015 in W.P.(C) No.27946/2014.
