JUDGMENT

This is a review petition seeking a review of judgment dated 19.05.2015 on the ground that one of the prayers of the petitioner in the writ petition was not considered by this Court, while disposing the writ petition through the judgment under review. I note that at the time of hearing of the writ petition, the prayer that was urged before me was the 2nd prayer in the writ petition for issuance of a temporary permit to continue the service pending renewal of the permit on Arookutty - Chittoor Ferry, operated using the vehicle KL-17/A 6056. It is this prayer, that was granted in the judgment under review. Under the circumstances, the present review petition seeking for a review of the judgment so as to render a finding on the first prayer that was sought for in the writ petition, cannot be maintained at the instance of the petitioner. The review petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.

I make it clear, however, that nothing in this judgment shall prevent the petitioner from preferring a fresh writ petition seeking

-2W.P.(C). No. of renewal of the regular permit, if he so advised, and a fresh cause of action arises for the same.
