The writ petitioner has filed this review petition for the reason that, this Court did not consider the impact of Exts.P3 and P4 while ordering disposal of revision before the Government filed by the petitioner.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, operation of the impugned orders is stayed till disposal of the revision by the Government.
