ORDER
Objection is taken to the time frame fixed by this Court while disposing of O.P.(C) No. 944 of 2015. It is pointed out by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that several petitions are pending consideration and the time frame fixed by this Court may compel the court below not to deal with those petitions in accordance with law.
2. The above apprehension is misconceived. This Court did not intend by fixing time frame that the petitions which are pending shall not be considered in accordance with law.
3. It is made clear that the time frame fixed by this Court does not preclude the court below from disposing of the pending petitions and fresh petitions, if any, filed before it in accordance with law.
R.P.No.492 of 2015.
The Review Petition is disposed of as above.
P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE sb.
