ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P. 149 of 2010 from Family Court, Kottarakkara to Family Court, Thiruvalla.

2. When the relationship between the petitioner and the respondent became unhappy, legal proceedings were resorted to in the form of O.P. (G & W) 149 of 2010 before the Family Court, Kottarakkara by the respondent for custody of the child.

3. According to the petitioner, she is a resident of Thiruvalla and she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Kottarakkara to attend the court and therefore she prays for a transfer of the case to Family Court, Thiruvalla. It is also pointed out that there is nobody to accompany her to

Tr.P.(C).242/2012.

Kottarakkara and she is in financial difficulties and moreover she has to take the child also.

4. The respondent has been served with notice. This petition is allowed, and O.P. (G & W) 149 of 2010 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thiruvalla. The parties shall appear before Family Court, Thiruvalla on 28.01.2015. P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE sb.
