O R D E R
The review petition is filed by the second respondent in the writ petition, against the order in R.P.No.27/2015 dated 12/01/2015 and the judgment dated 09/10/2014 in the writ petition. This Court taking note of the dispute regarding management of the Society ordered that the amount shall be released in the name of the Secretary, who is the first petitioner in the writ petition.

It is now brought out that the amount can only be disbursed through the Manager, District Industries Centre, who is the implementing officer. The writ petitioners have no objection in reviewing the judgment. Accordingly, the review petition is allowed and the judgment in the writ petition is restored to file.

It is admitted that a suit is pending in relation to the affairs of the Society. Therefore, the following directions are issued: i.
The review petitioner, who is the custodian of the amount shall release the amount based on the directions of the civil court.
R.P.No.509/2015 -:2:- ii. The amount can be appropriated by the parties based upon the directions of the civil court.
iii.
The parties are at liberty to approach the civil court for an interim direction to appropriate the amount. iv. If such an application is filed, the civil court shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks of moving the application.
