ORDER

The only prayer in the review petition is that, the timings directed to be settled was in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011, which implementation was later considered by this Court and by judgment in W.P.(C). No.2844 of 2013 dated 21.11.2014 found that such implementation can be made only after the Regional Transport Authorities all over the State report compliance of such settlement and the State Transport Authority notifying a date for its implementation. In such circumstances, the timings shall be settled without looking into D3 Circular; however, the same shall be subject to further settlement under D3 Circular. The review petition would stand allowed.
