ORDER

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of O.P. (D). 710 of 2012 from Family Court, Thiruvalla to Family Court, Ernakulam.

2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began between the parties. The respondent instituted O.P.(D) 710 of 2012 before the Family Court, Thiruvalla seeking dissolution of marriage.

3. The petitioner points out that she is residing in Angamally with her family and she finds it difficult to go to Thiruvalla to attend the court on all posting dates. According to her, there is nobody to accompany her and she is in financial difficulties. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the case to Family Court, Ernakulam.

Tr.P.(C).270/2012.

4. No serious objection is raised by the respondent. Hence, this petition is allowed, and O.P.(D) 710 of 2012 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Ernakulam on 20.01.2015. P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE sb.
