JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

This appeal is filed by the defendant, aggrieved by the judgment and decree in O.S.166/12 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thalassery. The appeal was referred for mediation, by order dated 8.7.2015. Accordingly, on the intervention of the mediator of the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the dispute between the parties have been settled and they have entered into the mediation agreement dated 13.8.2015. In the light of the settlement thus arrived at between the parties, this appeal is disposed of directing that the mediation agreement dated 13.8.2015 will form part of this judgment. Decree will be passed in accordance with the judgment. Refund full court fee to the appellant.
