ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the power of the District Registrar to hear the appeal has been taken away and entrusted with the District Collector under Section 45 A (4) of the Kerala Stamp Act.

In that view of the matter, the judgment is reviewed and the District Collector is directed to dispose Ext.P6 appeal within two months. The District Registrar, therefore, is directed to transmit the entire files relating to this subject to the District Collector forthwith. The Review Petition is disposed of as above.
