C.M. Appln. 226 of 2015 This is an application to condone the delay in filing the review petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the explanation offered in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned. R.P.
On the basis of the submission made by either sides, the review petition is taken up for consideration.
2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner points out that at the time of filing the writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner was sought to be projected with reference to Ext. P2 representation. Subsequently, it is revealed that there was some mistake in the survey numbers mentioned in Ext. P2. It is stated that

pointing out the said mistake, the review petitioner has filed Annexure A representation dated 11.06.2015 before the respondent. The prayer is to cause the same also to be considered within a reasonable time.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court finds it fit and proper to cause Annexure A representation as well to be considered by the respondent together with Ext. P2 application. Appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. The judgment already passed by this Court on 10.04.2015 will stand modified to the said extent. The review petition stands disposed of.
