These Review Petitions have been filed praying to recall the order dated 10.06.2015 passed in the writ appeals.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader(Forests) appearing for the review petitioners submits that this Court by the said interim order directed that the compensation amount already deposited with the Special Tahsildar(LA) of Power Grid Corporation to be deposited in any Nationalised Bank as Fixed Deposit to earn interest. It s submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the amount deposited is the total amount available for payment to the petitioner and others and it is not possible to appropriate the amount which is payable to the petitioner as on date.
3. We have considered the submissions of both the parties. The interim order passed by us was that the
R.P. No. 571 of 2015 in W.A. No. 668 of 2015 and R.P. No. 604 of 2015 in W.A. No. 727 of 2015 -:2:- compensation amount already deposited with the Special Tahsildar (LA) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is to be deposited in any Nationalised Bank. We see no reason to recall the said order. It is only clarified that the appellants shall deposit the entire amount in a Nationalised Bank, which may also include the amount, if any, to be paid to the writ petitioner. The Review Petitions are closed with the above observation.
