O R D E R

The review petition is filed by the respondent Bank in W.P.(C). No.15358/2015, since this Court did not mention the date from which the five months in the judgment has to be reckoned.

2. Therefore, the judgment dated 28.05.2015 in W.P.(C). No.15358/2015 is clarified to the effect that, the five months stipulated in the judgment has to be reckoned from the date of judgment. It is made clear that, if the petitioner fails to clear the entire amount as indicated above, the Bank is free to proceed against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
