ORDER

Heard both sides. The decretal portion of the judgment shall stand modified as under:

"Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit the police report in support of his claim before the respondent at the earliest and in the event of producing such certificate, the duplicate registration certificate and duplicate NOC shall be issued by the respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter".

Carry out the correction and issue certified copies of the corrected judgment to the parties.
