The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that his name was not shown in the cause-list and hence he could not appear in this case before this Court. According to him, it was a mistake on the part of the Registry in not showing his name in the cause-list. 3.

On hearing the Review Petitioner and the respondent, this Court is of the view that order dated 10.06.2015 passed by this Court has to be reviewed and recalled.
