ORDER
The review petitioner is challenging the judgment of this Court dated 4.6.2015 on the ground that the licence ordered to be granted to the petitioner cannot be granted as the writ petitioner has not filed requisite application as per the Rules. The learned counsel for the first respondent/writ petitioner submit that on the basis of the direction of this Court licence has been granted by the respondent panchayat. Therefore, it is open for the review petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
Leaving open the question to be decided in appropriate forum, this review petition is closed.
