O R D E R

This review petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a review of the judgment in W.P.(C).No.16786/2015. By judgment dated 11.06.2015, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of 1,00,000/- on or before 25.06.2015. However, the ₹ petitioner points out that the directions was in fact only to remit ₹ 50,000/- before 25.06.2015 and by mistake it was shown as ₹ 1,00,000/-. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that, the judgment has to be reviewed. Accordingly the first condition in the judgment has been modified as payment of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only). In view of the fact that, the ₹ date of payment as per the direction is already over, the petitioner shall deposit 50,000/- on or before 15.08.2015. It is made clear ₹ that, all other conditions in W.P.(C).No.16786/2015 shall be complied by the petitioner. The subsequent payment shall be from the succeeding month onwards.
