------------------------------- R.P.NO.643 OF 2015 IN I.A.NO.5236 OF 2015 IN W.P.(C).NO.3309 OF 2015 ----------------------------------- Dated this the 23rd day of July, 2015

O R D E R

This is a petition filed seeking review of the order dated 17.6.2015 in I.A.No.5236/2015 in the writ petition. The review petition is filed on the ground that, while passing the interim order dated 17.6.2015, this Court had erroneously assumed that the interests of the University were not sufficiently safeguarded while permitting the 1st respondent in the review petition to draw his salary as Vice Chancellor of the University. On a perusal of the order that is impugned in the review petition, I am of the view that the said contention was already considered by this Court, and an order was passed duly safeguarding the interests of the University. Resultantly, I see no ground to entertain this review petition, and the same is accordingly dismissed.
