O R D E R

Ramakrishnan,J:

The review petition is filed by the review petitioner to review the judgment in the original petition stating that there is some error crept in judgment as though as per the agreement, only 4 hours custody alone was permitted, this aspect has not been considered by this Court while granting custody.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Though we are not satisfied with the reasons stated for the review, it cannot be said that this Court is without power to modify the arrangement regarding custody of the child. In spite of agreement between the parties, taking into consideration the welfare of the child, we feel that some modification can be made in the time fixed by the court below considering the inconvenience expressed by the review petitioner regarding the timings mentioned by this Court. So the review petition is allowed only to the extent of modification

of the time fixed by this Court between 11 a.m and 3 p.m on the last Saturday of every month instead of 10.30 a.m and 4 p.m mentioned in the original judgment.

With the above modification of the timings alone, this review petition is disposed of.
