O R D E R

Vide common order dated 01.07.2015 this Court had ordered transfer of OP 575/2014 of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. Now, it has been shown that the first respondent in the Tr.P.C.177 of 2015 is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. It has been further shown that her youngest child is attending a school, which is also within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. It has come out that as this Court was mislead, and thereby the aforesaid order of transfer happened to be passed. Therefore, the said order is hereby recalled. OP

R.P. 670 of 2015 -: 2 :- 575/2014 shall continue at the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.

In the result, this RP is allowed and the Tr.P.C. 177 of 2015 stands dismissed.
