V. CHITAMBARESH, J -------------------------------- R.P. NO. 696 OF 2015 IN WP(C) NO. 10052 OF 2015 & R.P. NO. 697 OF 2015 IN WP(C) NO. 8319 OF 2015 ------------------------------------ Dated this the 12th day of August, 2015

ORDER

Ext.R4(c) proceedings dated 18.03.2015 relied on by the review petitioner were issued in violation of the interim order dated 17.03.2015 in WP(C) No. 8319/2015. This was precisely why contempt of court proceedings were initiated against the officials of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation in COC No. 477/2015. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation took a specific stand that the period of auction is only for the period from 23.11.2013 to 23.11.2015. The judgment in WP(C) Nos. 8319/2015 and 10052/2015 was passed on the basis of consensus of the parties.

2.

The Contempt of Court case was even withdrawn for the purpose of disposal of the writ petitions in the manner indicated in the judgment dated 07.07.2015. A review petition

R.P. Nos. 696 & 697 of 2015 by the fourth respondent in the writ petitions through another Counsel cannot be appreciated on the eve of fresh tender. There is no error apparent on the face of the record warranting review of the common judgment.

The Review Petitions are dismissed.
