O R D E R

This Review Petiiton is filed seeking to correct the inadvertant mistake in showing the date of birth of the petitioner as 12.04.1978 instead of 08.03.1974 in the writ petition, which in turn came to be incorporated in the judgment dated 27.03.2015. It is stated that the actual date of birth is 08.03.1974, as discernible from Ext.P2 extract of Admission Register issued from the concerned School.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the review petitioner as well as the learned Central Government Standing Counsel.

3. After hearing both the sides and after going through the materials on record, this Court finds that the date of birth shown in Ext. P2 extract of Admission Register is 08.03.1974 and as such, no prejudice will be caused if the correction sought for is permitted to be carried out. It is ordered accordingly. The relevant date, as shown in the first paragraph of the judgment in

R.P.No. 708 OF 2015 W.P.(C) 7767 of 2015 stands corrected accordingly. The Review Petition stands disposed of.
