O R D E R
Shaffique, J This review petition is filed to recall the judgment dated 29/07/2015 in W.A.No.1137 of 2014. By this judgment, we have issued certain directions to the University including a direction to issue provisional certificate of Degree in LL.M to the writ petitioner. In fact, the learned counsel for the review petitioner would submit that certain important matters especially Annexures A to C could not be brought to the notice of this Court at the relevant time. Annexure A is the notification of the Union Public Service Commission and Annexure B is the details showing grade point and percentage equivalence for the semester for all the candidates who had written the LL.M examination and Annexure C shows the tabulated grades. We do not think that the aforesaid documents have any relevance to the factual issues involved in the matter.

We have relied upon the amendment to the regulation brought into force by the University. On that basis, we have found that petitioner had not failed in the examination. Hence, we have directed issuance of provisional certificate. We do not think that the review petitioner has made out any good ground to recall the judgment.
