O R D E R

The review is filed on the ground that though a direction is issued to the 4th respondent, in fact the 3rd respondent has to consider the same and that the representation pending before the 3rd respondent is Ext.P6. In such circumstance, the directions in the judgment shall be to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation, as expeditiously as possible at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order.
