O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of O.P.(Divorce) No.4/2012 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Alappuzha, to the Family Court, Thiruvalla. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thiruvalla.
She has filed MC.269/2012 and O.P.No.1272/2012 against the respondent herein before the Family Court, Thiruvalla.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not standing in the way of effecting the transfer as prayed for. The only request is that the court below may be directed to dispose of the O.P. expeditiously. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
TrPC.490/2012 : 2 :
case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(Divorce) No.4/2012 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Thiruvalla.
In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.(Divorce) No.4/2012 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Alappuzha is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvalla. The Family Court, Thiruvalla is directed to dispose of the above matters, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
