O R D E R

First petitioner is the wife and the first respondent is the husband. Petitioners have filed M.C.No.360 of 2012 before the Family Court, Thrissur seeking maintenance from the first respondent. The first petitioner has also filed O.P.1884/2012 before the Family Court, Thrissur against the respondents for return of gold ornaments, money etc. The first respondent has filed O.P.(Div)No.1664/2012 before the Family Court, Ernakulam against the first petitioner seeking divorce.

The first respondent is residing at Kunnamkulam in Thrissur District. Petitioners are residing at Chelakkara in

Tr.P.(C) 535 of 2012 -: 2 :- Thrissur District. The first petitioner seeks for the transfer of OP 1664/2014 from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thrissur.

Notice has been served on the respondents. There is no representation for the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to grant the relief sought for.
