O R D E R
The writ petitioner has come with review petition pointing out that the liability of the petitioner as referred in the writ petition is not correct. According to him actual over due amount would only around 7 lakhs and the amount referred in the writ petition as a liability is only an amount including future liability. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel also submits that the amount referred in the writ petition is including future liability and over due amount would come only around 7 lakhs. In that view of the matter the petitioner is permitted to clear the due amount of 7 lakhs in six installments starting from 20.12.2015 and if the petitioner clears the over due amount in six installments as above, the respondent shall regularize the account.
