O R D E R

By the impugned judgment, this Court has given the following directions;

"1) The respondent is directed to consider Ext.P1 application for regular permit within a period of one month.

2) The respondent shall consider Ext.P3 application for temporary permit and pass positive orders on the same, pending consideration of Ext.P1 regular permit application, within a period of 2 weeks from today, taking into account the forthcoming Onam festival season, if the same is otherwise in order."

The direction was necessitated when the application for regular permit was pending before the authority concerned. What is stated in the review petition is that if the temporary permit is granted with proposed timings as directed, it may adversely affect the other stage carriages as there is a private stage carriage operating in very two minutes and the KSRTC is operating in every ten minutes.
