Pursuant to the order dated 12th of February, 2015, report dated 20/2/15 has been obtained from the Family Court, Alappuzha, which shows that OP (G&W) Nos.442/13 and 749/13 filed by both sides for custody of the minor children are pending and were posted to 20/2/15 for evidence. In this factual position, the submission made by the review petitioner that OP (G&W) No.442/13 is not pending and therefore the judgment requires review is incorrect. This factual position is confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent also, who states that both cases are posted to today for cross examination of the parties. In such circumstances, we do not see any merit in this review petition.
Review petition is closed.
