Learned counsel for the review petitioner who is the petitioner in the writ petition, prays for a direction to the Devaswom Board to receive the master C.D. We have considered various aspects and have refused to issue the mandamus as sought for in the writ petition which includes the prayer now made. Apart from that, learned Standing Counsel for the Devaswom Board submitted that there is no apparent error in the judgment and the prayer now made is strongly opposed, by him.
