Shaffique, J Review petition has been filed to review judgment dated 29.9.2015. In the review petition, it is submitted that there is error apparent on the face of record in so far as the first prayer in the writ petition, clause 3 in Exhibit.P5 has not been considered.
In fact, while disposing of the appeal we have clearly indicated that the issues raised in the writ petition is left open to be decided in appropriate proceedings. In fact learned Single Judge has also reserved the said right. In such circumstances we do not think that there is any error apparent on the face of the record to review the judgment. Accordingly the review petition is dismissed.
