O R D E R

The writ petition filed by the review petitioner was disposed of, as per judgment dated 07.04.2015 giving appropriate directions to the concerned respondent to have the matter considered and dealt with in accordance with law. It is stated that on pursuing further proceedings, it was let known to the review petitioner by the District Collector that with regard to the name of the village concerned and also as to the status of the petitioner in the writ petition, some mistakes were seen happened. In the writ petition, the name of the concerned village was shown as 'Kakkodi' village instead of 'Elanthoor' village . Similarly, the status of the review petitioner was shown as 'Managing Partner' of the firm, which according to the review petitioner should have been 'Proprietor', since the petitioner being a proprietorship concern. It is in the said circumstance

R.P.No.889 OF 2015 & that this Review Petition has been filed seeking for an order to incorporate the correct status of the petitioner as well as his address in the judgment and writ petition and also the name of the village in the cause title of the judgment also producing copies of some documents. [ Along with this Review Petition, the petitioner has also filed I.A.No.434 of 2015, seeking to cause amendment of the relevant portions in the judgment as well as in the writ petition.]

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the review petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that correction of the mistakes, as pointed out in the Review Petition as well as in I.A.No.434 of 2015 will not cause any prejudice to the respondents. Since there is no dispute as to the factual aspects, the mistakes pointed out by the review petitioner deserve/liable to be corrected. Accordingly, the review petition as well as I.A.No.434 of 2015 are allowed. The writ petition and

R.P.No.889 OF 2015 & judgment will stand corrected to the said extent. Issue corrected copy of the judgment on usual terms.
