The only objection taken to by the learned counsel for the review petitioner is to the opening sentence in paragraph 25 of the judgment under review.
2.
After having heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent though the observations were consciously made, in the light of the objection taken by the respondent in the R.S.A., this court feels it proper that the first sentence in Paragraph 25 of the judgment under review be expunged. The prayer in this review petition is only to the said limited extent.
This review petition is allowed and the first sentence in paragraph 25 of the judgment under review stands expunged.
