Review petitioner has filed I.A.3003/15 with a prayer to grant leave for the withdrawal of the Review petition with liberty to file a fresh suit/original petition in respect of the subject matter.

We heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent. In the light of the prayer made, I.A.3003/15 is allowed and the Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that the dismissal of this petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner in instituting any fresh suit/original petition, in accordance with law.
