~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the 1st accused in 124 cases before the court below. All the said cases are being posted on different dates before the court below, so that he finds it difficult to attend the court in all the cases. He has to go all the way from Devikulam. 2.

The petitioner shall file a petition for grouping ten cases each to be taken up by the court below on a day, so that the court below can post those ten cases each on different dates.
