O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with a review petition. The writ petition pertains to release of the final amount based on the bill in connection with the work of RIDF XIV - Drainage and Flood Protection Works of Thazhavayalela at Thazhava Panchayat in Kollam District. It appears that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. The petitioner prayed that the amount shall not be released to the 5th respondent. This Court relegated the petitioner to approach civil court to raise any dispute.

The petitioner submits that he had made a representation before the 2nd and 3rd respondent. Therefore representation may be directed to be considered. In that view of the limited prayer in this review petition, this Court is of the view that before disbursing the amount, representation made by the
R.P No. 1068 of 2015 - : 2 :- petitioner shall be considered by the 3rd respondent after hearing the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent. Judgment is reviewed to the above extent.
