This review petition has been filed by the review petitioner seeking to review the order in R.P. No.801 of 2015 in W.P.(C) No.24871 of 2015. In fact the review petition has been disposed of along with W.P.(C) No.27793 of 2015. According to the review petitioner, though a counter affidavit was filed in the review petition along with documents, the same has not been taken note of by this Court while disposing of the review petition. 2.
As far as the documents relied upon in the counter affidavit is concerned, it is for the Registry to make necessary entries in the appendix to the judgment. In fact, we have heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner herein as well as the counsel appearing for respondents herein while disposing of the matter and since the review petition was disposed of making only
R.P. No.1077 of 2015 in R.P. No.801 of 2015 in W.P.(C) No.24871 of 2015 -: 2 :- clarifications with reference to the judgment impugned, there was no necessity to incorporate all the contentions urged by the present review petitioner in the counter affidavit. Under such circumstances, we do not think that any further direction is required to be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the review petition is closed.
