O R D E R

The judgment directed consideration of an application for operating the stage carriage bearing No.KL-46 H 1102 as a super fast service. The Government had brought in a restriction insofar as the fast passenger services being confined to K.S.R.T.C. The said matter is said to be pending consideration before the Division Bench.

In such circumstance, the judgment is withdrawn. It is made clear that the petitioner would be entitled to move the appropriate authority if the Division Bench sets aside the restriction.

Review Petition is allowed.
