ORDER
The prayer in this review petition is to review and recall the order passed by this court on 19.03.2014 in W.P.(C).No.7927 of 2014. The petitioners are respondents 1 and 3 in the writ petition. The said interim order reads as follows:
"Admit. Issue urgent notice returnable in ten days to the respondents.
There will be an interim order directing the third respondent Executive Engineer to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner so as to enable her to continue to run the mobile ice cream unit near Museum compound at Thiruvananthapuram on three wheeler motor vehicle bearing registration No.KL-01-M-2872 expeditiously and in any event within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order."
The instant review petition was filed on 8.4.2014. Months later, to be exact on 16.2.2015, the second petitioner in the review petition issued a no objection certificate to the petitioner so as to enable her to run the mobile ice cream unit. It is not in dispute that thereupon, the Corporation of Thiruvananthapuram has issued a licence to the writ petitioner. The grant of the licence is under challenge in W.P.(C). Nos.1182 and 18787 of 2015 before this court. Such being the
R.P.No.317 of 2014 -2situation, I am of the opinion that no grounds exists to entertain the instant review petition.
