O R D E R
The petitioner by the above review petition seeks further orders in the writ petition. In fact the writ petition was for implementation of the orders passed by the D.P.I; by the D.E.O. The DPI had directed approval of the petitioner from 01.06.2011 onwards. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader produced an order of the D.E.O itself, which was in implementation of the D.P.I's orders. The petitioner's complaint is that the D.E.O is refusing to disburse the salary, on the ground that the judgment does not contain such a direction.
2. If the D.E.O has taken such a contention, this Court has to notice that such conduct has to be deprecated. However, since, no instructions were taken by the learned Government
R.P No. 1152 of 2015 in W.P.(C) No.29667 of 2015 -G Pleader; this Court would not make any such observation as of now. When the D.E.O has passed an order granting the approval, the disbursement of salary from the date on which the approval has been granted, is a necessary consequence. The D.E.O shall take steps to disburse the salary, within a period of six weeks from today.
The review petition hence would stand disposed of with the above direction.
