ORDER

1. Petitioner submits that he has buyers to purchase Item No.2 in Ext.P6 and he may be permitted to sell the above item to deposit the entire sale proceeds in a bank account to close the loan account.

2. Therefore, this court is of the view that the petitioner is free to sell Item No.2 with the concurrence of the bank and shall deposit the entire sale proceeds with the bank. Needful shall be done within a period of 45 days from today.

3. It is made clear that the documents belonging to the petitioner shall be released to the petitioner, only if the above condition is complied with.

Review Petition is allowed and the judgment is modified accordingly.
