ORDER
This Review Petition is filed at the instance of the third party. This Court disposed the Writ Petition directing the Revenue to issue possession certificate and basic tax receipt subject to outcome of O.S.No.189/2014 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Sasthamcotta. The possession certificate and basic tax receipt are issued in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the directions of this Court. This will be subject to outcome of the decision by the Civil Court or subject to challenge to be made by any person who is aggrieved before the Revenue hierarchy. In that view of the matter, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge acceptance of possession certificate and basic tax in appropriate manner before the higher hierarchy, the Review Petition is disposed of.
