O R D E R

The prayer in this review petition is to review and recall the judgment delivered by me on 7.2.2014 in W.P.(C) No.1280 of 2014 to the extend it relates to the correction of the name of the petitioner's mother as given in Ext.P2 mark list to make it conform to her name as shown in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate issued to her.

2. When this review petition came up for admission hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner submitted that the review petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the review petition and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the review petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
