ORDER

When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has requested for granting permission to withdraw the revision petition. Suffice it to say that having gone through the order impugned, I do not find any infirmity, warranting interference by this Court.

In the result, this R.P.(F.C.) stands dismissed. However, the court below is directed to dispose of M.C.No.25 of 2013 pending before the court below, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
