This writ appeal has been filed against interlocutory order dated 31st March, 2010 passed in WP(C) No.10100 of 2010. In the writ petition, challenge was to the transfer order of the petitioner. 2.

It has been submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that subsequent to the transfer in issue, the petitioner was subjected to subsequent transfer order by the competent authority. The matter has also been taken to the Kerala Administrative Tribunal subsequently.

We are of the view that in view of the subsequent event, the subject matter of this appeal has become infructuous. Hence, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
