----------------------------------------- R.P.No.959 of 2014 in C.O.(C).No.1408 of 2013 ----------------------------------------- Dated this the 6th day of February, 2015
ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. After hearing both the sides and after going through the pleadings and proceedings, this Court finds that there is absolutely no error apparent on the face of the record so as to invoke the power of review. By virtue of the last sentence in paragraph 4 of the order dated 25.8.2014 in Cont.Case No.1408 of 2013, this Court only meant that, it would be open for the party concerned to proceed with appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in accordance with law and that is all.
The Review Petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
