O R D E R
This review petition is filed by the petitioner in the writ petition, pointing out that W.P.(C) No.19534/2009 happened to be disposed of along with a batch of cases and the subject dealt with in the batch cases is different from the one raised in this writ petition.
2. Perused the contents of the writ petition. The writ petitioner is the Manager of a school. He is aggrieved by the orders, Exts.P5, P6 and P10 passed by the Director of Public Instruction and the educational authorities below him. The matter relates to the approval of appointment of a teacher in Sanskrit in the school from 1.6.2007. As far as the batch cases which were dealt by this Court are concerned, they were concerned with the challenge against G.O.(P) No.10/2010.Gen. Edn. dated 12.1.2010 which was not under challenge in the writ petition herein.
Hence, the review petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored to file to be posted as per roster.
